User Content and Conduct

You agree not to use our Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Services.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding our Services, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

Subscription and Payments

Some features of our applications may require payment or subscription. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to its terms and conditions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our company name, logos, product names, and all related marks are trademarks of AppLabsTabs. You may not use any of our trademarks without our prior written consent. All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by AppLabsTabs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APPLABSTABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppLabsTabs and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling our applications and ceasing all use of our Services.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve any disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AppLabsTabs regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
